Tiny Tornado
Jolyu will channel energy from his necklace and create small whirlwinds that toss enemies some distance into the air. He is able to create up to 5 incredibly small whirlwinds, each very weak, or one larger whirlwind, which is like a small tornado, but will take up a good amount of his energy to focus for long periods of time. He'll also be highly likely to fall asleep if he summons one large whirlwind.

The biggest whirlwind he can create reaches about an average-sized sprite's forehead. It can help other Ira sprites get around by using it as a propellant, or sending enemies about one to five feet into the air, depending on how heavy said enemy is.

[ personality ]

happy-go-lucky - Jolyu doesn't know any better. It's hard to get under his skin about almost anything, and he tends to brush off his problems like they're not really there.
tactless - He honestly has few to no people skills. Not that he means to be rude or crass, he just still learning how to talk to people.
pseudo-narcoleptic - If Jolyu isn't actively occupying himself with something, he'll be very quick to fall asleep, even on his feet. There are also a number of things that will knock him out with ease, including things such as numbers, pillows, shady places, and comfort foods
stupid - Once again, Jolyu does not know any better. He's very gullible, easy to trick, and will fall for almost anything with seemingly accurate precision. Sometimes people will think if he acts dumb on purpose. He doesn't.

What most people would think of as fluff or wool on Jolyu's tail and surrounding his horns are actually clouds.

He falls asleep very easily, though he seems to have a boundless amount of energy.

Spicy foods wake him up. If you want him front and center, feed him a whole pepper or the like.

He loves the cold.

Jolyu mainly jumps or skips everywhere. He seems to have terrible balance when walking normally or running.

If faced with something that will put him to sleep, Jolyu will even fall asleep standing up. I don't recommend bringing him anywhere near the Vaal terrain on a mission. He'll pass out on you.
